Granite Fitness V2 Multi Grip Bar will most definitely add versatility to your Bench Press, Incline Press, Floor Press, and Overhead Press. Seamlessly move from narrow to wide grip to engage different muscle groups and enjoy the comfort of lifting with all 3 angled grips while reducing stress on your shoulders and wrists.

The main press  movements include Bench Press, Incline Press, Floor Press, Overhead Press, Bent-Over Rows. Furthermore, you can flip the bar over, and you now have new set of reversed angled grips, which are ideal for curls and elbows-in movement.

Granite Fitness V2 Multi Grip Bar features three comfort angled grip sets spaced 7.5" apart, 15" and 23" apart.  Loadable Sleeve Length is 13” and Unloaded weight is about 36lb.  Sleeve diameter is 1.91” (compatible with most standard Olympic plates and the bar is rackable on most standard power racks)

Please note that any metal-to-metal contact with the coated sleeves (such as adding and removing plates) may cause wear on the powdercoat finish over time.
