Granite Fitness pinch grip bar features 12in plate holder pin on each end (not that you'll ever need such big plate capacity but who knows right?), compatible with Olympic plates and the grip diameter is 3"x3" with a total of 40in grippable length. Along with everything from Granite fitness, this bar is 100% made in USA, no excuses!

Please note that any metal-to-metal contact with the coated sleeves (such as adding and removing plates) may cause wear on the powdercoat finish over time.
