Granite Mainline V1 Flat Bench features a 3-point footing design, which comfortably allows even the most narrow stance bench pressing athlete to adjust their feet perfectly. This bench is 17" tall and the stabilizer foot is 22" wide. The flat pad made from highest quality Dense Foam and it is 2.75" thick, 47.5" long x 11.7" wide. The flat pad can be upgraded to our thick pad, which is about 3.8" thick (Available for sale separately).
