Granite Fitness Adjustable Incline Bench features a Staggered 4-point footing design, which offers the ultimate stability and easily allows even the most narrow stance bench pressing athlete to adjust their feet perfectly. This bench is 18" tall and the staggered stabilizer feet are 12" and 22" wide. Both seat pads are made from highest quality Dense Foam and the dimensions are 2.75" thick --- 35"L x 12"W and 15"L x 12"W.
